Guidepost Montessori is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join their team as an Administrative Support Specialist in a full-time capacity. This role involves providing exceptional support to front desk and daily school operations, including greeting families and staff, responding to inquiries, managing inventory, and offering classroom assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the front desk and daily school operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries
- Manage inventory and maintain a well-organized workspace
- Offer classroom assistance and support as needed
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with at least 6 ECE credits
- Previous experience working with children
- Strong customer service and administrative background
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with technology
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
