As a Customer Engagement Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting Up Promotional Displays: Organizing and arranging promotional setups in the retail environment to capture customer interest and effectively showcase products or services.
  • Engaging with Customers: Actively interacting with customers, providing insights into promotional offers, products, or services, and addressing any questions they may have.
  • Demonstrating Products: Conducting product demonstrations to highlight the features and advantages of specific items, encouraging customer interest and purchases.
  • Assisting with Sales: Supporting the sales process by guiding customers through their purchasing journey, managing transactions, and processing payments.
  • Maintaining Visual Merchandising: Ensuring that promotional displays and merchandising adhere to brand standards and are consistently well-maintained throughout the promotional period.
  • Coordinating Events and Activities: Aiding in the organization and execution of promotional events, sales campaigns, or special activities to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
  • Providing Customer Service: Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience and foster customer loyalty.
  • Collaborating with Team Members: Working closely with the retail team and other colleagues to coordinate promotions and align efforts for successful outcomes.
  • Staying Informed: Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to better assist customers and respond to their inquiries.
