The Retail Sales Associate plays a pivotal role in building relationships with customers, embodying Vuori's brand ethos through exceptional product knowledge and a positive demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:Create Memorable Customer Interactions:
- Establish enduring connections with customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to guarantee optimal service for every customer.
- Welcome customers in a genuine and engaging manner.
- Prepare fitting rooms, assist in locating sizes, and provide informed feedback on merchandise style and fit.
Drive Business Success:
- Meet sales targets within a team-oriented commission structure.
- Enhance product knowledge across the fashion and activewear sectors to serve as a resource for customers.
- Support project completion while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Communicate inventory requirements to align with business objectives.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure the sales floor is replenished each evening.
- Work with management on inventory oversight.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail space, including restrooms.
- Implement cash control protocols, including bank deposits and petty cash management.
- Assist in executing and upholding merchandising and visual standards.
- Keep the sales area tidy, organized, and reflective of the brand's visual identity.
- Identify and report product issues promptly.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Punctuality and adherence to scheduled shifts.
- Ability to cultivate relationships with customers and team members.
- Proactive approach to resolving customer inquiries.
