We are currently seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to become part of our team. This role will primarily focus on supporting the strategic ecosystem, channel development, and program execution for designated accounts. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and excellent project management capabilities. The emphasis is on crafting strategic solutions to client requirements in customer relationship management (CRM) and developing innovative and effective customer loyalty initiatives while maximizing the use of relevant customer data. A solid understanding of current and emerging interactive channels that influence relationship marketing is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Engagement Supervisors/Directors: Oversee and execute programs for assigned accounts.
  • Omni-channel Marketing: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of omni-channel marketing, which includes channel development, testing, tracking, measurement, analysis, and reporting for innovation.
  • Assess Programs, Channels, and Strategies: Coordinate various customer touchpoints to enhance the consumer experience, developing cadence or behavior-based CRM programs.
  • Perform Data and Analytical Tasks: Generate campaign insights, conduct website audits, and provide analytical recommendations to enable continuous, measurable improvement in client campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Account Team: Identify opportunities and establish project scope and business specifications.
  • Support New Business Initiatives: Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of current landscapes and customer journeys across therapeutic areas.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-3 years in digital marketing or advertising.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, advertising, or a related field.
  • Tools and Platforms: Proficient in social media monitoring tools, digital analytics, and SEO/SEM platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of statistical analysis and social science research methodologies.
  • Additional Skills: Strong communication, writing, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Work Schedule: Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment with designated in-office days.
