Your Impact:
As a Sales Associate, you will:

  • Deliver personalized customer engagement at a high level.
  • Act as a comprehensive resource for customers, offering relevant product insights and community knowledge.
  • Exhibit a willingness to learn and share knowledge about activities and products to enhance customer experiences.
  • Meet sales and productivity targets by utilizing available resources to fulfill customer needs.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of visual merchandising standards, including product presentation and store organization.
  • Perform cashier duties as required.
  • Support all Loss Prevention initiatives.
  • Contribute to the overall visual and operational maintenance of the store.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A genuine ability to engage with a diverse customer base.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Strong teamwork and adaptability skills.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A willingness to learn about products and community activities relevant to our customers.
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in computer skills.

Physical Requirements:
Applicants should be able to:

  • Operate office equipment and technology.
  • Stand for the duration of the work shift.
  • Lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds as necessary.
  • Utilize ladders for visual merchandising tasks.
