Job Overview

As a Customer Engagement Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with our clients, candidates, and associates to develop talent pipelines for high-demand, challenging hourly roles aligned with our service centers and their clientele in competitive industries such as event staffing and hospitality. You will cultivate client relationships, ensure operational continuity, and engage our candidate pool to fulfill our mission of connecting individuals with employment through the following key activities:
  • Manage your schedule effectively to meet business needs, which may include evening and weekend commitments.
  • Utilize order reports to identify roles and markets for job fairs and recruitment initiatives.
  • Be accountable for fill rates and revenue targets directly linked to your completed activities.
  • Key performance indicators will include candidate volume, onboarding rates, dispatch rates, and revenue generation related to your ambassador activities.
  • Design, execute, and oversee all on-site recruitment initiatives, including market hiring events, job fairs, and community partnership management. Measure effectiveness through funnel metrics, fill rates, and revenue generation, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet client demands.
  • Obtain certification and lead all market-specific training sessions such as Flagger and others as required.
  • Coordinate and oversee the distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE) to clients and associates, tracking distribution and usage to facilitate cost reduction and budget development.
  • Organize and manage associate drug testing events in the market, overseeing setup and effectiveness tracking.
  • Establish and manage all on-site client orientation sessions as needed.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for all clients and associates on JobStack.
  • Oversee all onboarding processes to support our clients and associates, tracking and planning actions to enhance usage.
  • Consistently uphold company values of integrity and respect through your actions and commitments.
  • Drive revenue through regular communication with clients, aiming to increase overall market share opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Service Center Directors, Sourcing Specialists, and Account Managers to enhance role effectiveness through metric tracking.
  • Organize and manage client check-ins for large-scale projects and events.
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in the staffing industry, focusing on improving fill rates, recruitment, and client engagement.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving all key performance indicators and metrics.
  • Strong background in interacting with clients and associates.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends as required.
  • Local travel within a 100-mile radius is necessary.
  • Valid driver's license, registered vehicle, and vehicle insurance are required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proven strategic agility.
  • Leadership experience with the capacity to think independently.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines under pressure.
  • Proficient with current technology, including internet, social media, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Power BI.
  • Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
The anticipated salary for this position ranges from $45,000 to $68,300 annually. This range is a good-faith estimate based on the qualifications necessary for the role, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors influencing offers may include a candidate's skills, experience, geographic location, and internal pay alignment. Most candidates will start in the lower half of the pay range, while the upper end is generally reserved for those with extensive experience. Pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
