Job Overview

As a Customer Engagement Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with our clients, candidates, and associates to develop talent pipelines for high-demand, challenging hourly roles associated with our service centers and their clientele in competitive industries such as event staffing and hospitality. You will foster customer relationships, ensure operational continuity, and engage our network of candidates and associates to achieve our mission of connecting individuals with employment opportunities through the following tasks:
  • Manage scheduling effectively to align with business needs, which may require availability during evenings and weekends.
  • Analyze order reports to identify roles and markets for recruitment events and outreach initiatives.
  • Accountable for achieving fill rate and revenue objectives directly linked to completed activities.
  • Key performance indicators will include candidate volume, onboarding success, dispatch rates, and revenue generation specific to your engagement efforts.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee all local recruitment initiatives, including market hiring events, job fairs, and community partnership management. Evaluate effectiveness through metrics, fill rates, and revenue outcomes, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet client demands.
  • Obtain certification and lead market-specific training sessions, such as safety certifications.
  • Coordinate and oversee the distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE) to clients and associates, tracking usage to facilitate cost management and budget planning.
  • Organize and manage associate drug testing events, ensuring proper setup and tracking of outcomes.
  • Establish and oversee on-site client orientation as needed.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for clients and associates regarding our operational platform.
  • Manage all onboarding processes to support our clients and associates, monitoring and planning actions to enhance platform usage.
  • Consistently uphold the company's values of integrity and respect through your actions and commitments.
  • Drive revenue growth through regular engagement with clients, aiming to expand business opportunities within the market.
  • Collaborate with Service Center Directors, Sourcing Specialists, and Account Managers to enhance role effectiveness through metric analysis.
  • Coordinate client check-ins for large-scale projects and events.
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in the staffing industry, focusing on improving fill rates, recruitment, and client engagement.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting performance metrics and key indicators.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience in customer and associate interactions.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
  • Local travel within a designated market area is necessary.
  • Valid driver's license, registered vehicle, and vehicle insurance are required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Leadership experience with the capacity for independent thought.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines under pressure.
  • Proficient with current technology, including internet applications, social media, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Power BI.
  • Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
The anticipated salary for this position ranges from $45,000 to $68,300 annually. This range is a good-faith estimate based on the qualifications required for the role, including experience and training. Factors influencing the offer may include the candidate's skills, experience, and location, as well as the expected quality and quantity of work. Most candidates will start in the lower half of the pay range, while the upper end is typically reserved for those with extensive experience. Pay history will not be a factor in determining compensation where prohibited by law.
