Job Overview

As a Customer Engagement Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with our clients, candidates, and associates to develop talent pipelines for high-demand, challenging hourly roles that align with our service centers and their clientele in competitive industries such as event management and hospitality. You will foster client relationships, ensure operational continuity, and engage our network of candidates and associates to achieve our mission of connecting individuals with employment opportunities through the following responsibilities:
  • Manage your schedule effectively to meet business needs, which may include evening and weekend availability.
  • Utilize order reports to identify necessary roles and markets for recruitment events and outreach initiatives.
  • Be accountable for fill rates and revenue goals directly linked to your completed activities.
  • Key performance indicators will include candidate volume, onboarding success, dispatch rates, and revenue generation related to your ambassador activities.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee all recruitment initiatives on the ground, including market hiring events, job fairs, and community partnership management. Assess effectiveness through metrics, fill rates, and revenue outcomes, adjusting strategies as needed to meet client demands.
  • Obtain certification and lead all market-specific training sessions, such as safety and compliance training.
  • Coordinate and oversee the distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE) to clients and associates, tracking usage to facilitate cost savings and budget development.
  • Organize and manage associate drug testing events in the market, overseeing logistics and evaluating effectiveness.
  • Establish and manage all on-site client orientation sessions as required.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for clients and associates regarding our operational platform.
  • Oversee all onboarding processes to support our clients and associates, tracking and planning actions to enhance platform usage.
  • Consistently uphold the company's values of integrity and respect through your actions and commitments.
  • Drive revenue growth through regular communication with clients, aiming to expand total share of wallet opportunities within the market.
  • Collaborate with Service Center Directors, Sourcing Specialists, and Account Managers to enhance role effectiveness through metric analysis.
  • Organize and manage client check-ins for significant projects and events.
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in the staffing industry, focusing on improving fill rates, recruitment, and client engagement.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving all key performance indicators and metrics.
  • Strong experience in customer and associate interactions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as necessary.
  • This role requires local travel within a designated market area.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license, a registered vehicle, and vehicle insurance.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to adapt strategically to changing circumstances.
  • Leadership experience with the capacity for independent thought.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines under pressure.
  • Proficient with current technology (internet, social media, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Power BI).
  • Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
The anticipated salary for this position ranges from $45,000 to $68,300 annually. This range is a good-faith estimate based on the qualifications necessary for the role, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors influencing the offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, geographic location, and the expected quality and quantity of work. Most candidates will start in the lower half of the pay range, while the upper end is generally reserved for those with extensive experience. Pay history will not be a factor in determining compensation where prohibited by local law.
