About this role:


We are in search of an Administrative Coordinator for Human Resources to become part of our dynamic team. This position demands exceptional communication skills, adept office management, and the ability to facilitate employee engagement activities.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the inventory of kitchen supplies, ensuring a steady supply of snacks and essentials
  • Organize breakfast and lunch provisions for employees
  • Coordinate accommodations for visiting clients and staff
  • Assist in planning internal events such as social gatherings, holiday celebrations, and team-building activities
  • Manage the budget for office-related expenses across various categories
  • Handle incoming mail and shipments efficiently
  • Serve as the welcoming ambassador for guests
  • Ensure conference rooms are well-maintained and ready for use
  • Support the ordering of company merchandise
  • Manage the general company voicemail system
  • Aid in the upkeep of our HR Information System (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees

Your Profile:

  • Highly organized and capable of multitasking with excellent communication abilities
  • Comfortable in an administrative support role and eager to assist wherever necessary
  • Resourceful, a proactive problem solver, and a collaborative team player with a positive attitude

Qualifications:

  • Availability to work onsite during standard business hours
  • An associate degree or equivalent, with a minimum of three years in office coordination and HR administration
  • Experience in negotiating with local food service providers and delivery companies
  • Practical experience with Google Suite, Office 365, and managing office budgets
  • Experience in a high-tech startup environment is preferred
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required
