About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Senior Director of Human Resources Projects and Initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of clerical/administrative experience, preferably in the Human Resources field, and be able to manage various employee programs and processes with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities will include providing comprehensive administrative support, overseeing employee recognition and awards programs, and serving as the primary point of contact for general HR inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, answering calls, processing invoices and expense reports, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Oversee and manage various employee programs and processes, such as recognition, awards, labor law posters, new hire paperwork, and employment verifications.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for general HR inquiries, assisting with new employee orientation, benefits administration, and level 1 employee relations issues.
  • Ensure accuracy and upkeep of HR-related documents, forms, and manuals in designated drives and systems.
  • Monitor and manage HR email boxes, org charts, unemployment claims, and employment verification processes.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years clerical/administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources field.
