Job Title: Human Resources Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Nesco Resource. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing and distributing HR-related documents, maintaining accurate records, and performing data entry tasks.

* Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including scheduling interviews, preparing job postings, and coordinating with hiring managers.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and performance evaluations.

* Provide excellent customer service to employees, management, and external partners, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

* Develop and implement effective HR processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of HR functions and support business objectives.

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in human resources or a related field.

* Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.

* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

* Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

* Database management experience a plus.
