Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 to 8 years in executive recruitment or talent acquisition, with a proven history of successfully placing senior executives.
  • Industry Acumen: Profound understanding of various industries and executive roles, with the ability to customize recruitment strategies for specific sectors.
  • Leadership Abilities: Proven capability to lead and manage a recruitment team effectively, with strong mentoring and coaching skills.
  • Communication Proficiency: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Negotiation Expertise: Demonstrated negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex offer negotiations and resolve conflicts.
  • Analytical Capability: Strong analytical skills with experience in utilizing recruitment metrics and data to inform decision-making and enhance processes.
  • Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and digital platforms for talent sourcing and management.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are preferred.
