Job Summary
The Regional Recruiting Director will lead the recruitment efforts within an established geographic region. This includes leading a team of recruiters, recruitment results and partnership with regional leadership. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of progressive recruitment experience within the region and previous experience leading recruiters either as a supervisor or mentor.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and lead a team of recruiters, including onboarding and development
• Partner with regional leadership to drive talent acquisition strategies and align recruitment resources to business needs
• Develop and implement effective university relationships with top universities in the region
• Conduct presentations to recruiters and hiring managers regarding talent acquisition strategies and tactics
• Analyze and act on data supporting talent acquisition strategies
• Partner with HR to contribute to the entire employee lifecycle
Requirements
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive recruitment experience within the region
• Previous experience leading recruiters either as a supervisor or mentor
• Expert level knowledge of recruitment technologies and strategies
• Strong communication skills (interpersonal, written and presentation)
• Proven ability to partner with senior leadership
