Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Leader, High Volume Recruiting is responsible for leading a team of recruiters to source, attract, and hire top talent for TireHub's operational growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive hiring in a high-volume environment, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure recruiting health, effectiveness, and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency, including the use of company-approved tools and technologies.
  • Lead a team of recruiters to source, attract, and hire top talent, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports and analysis on recruiting performance, market trends, and business development activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including advertising agencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree required.
  • 6+ years of Recruiting/HR experience in a high-volume environment, multi-state/site scope.
  • 4+ years of leading a team of recruiters in a high-volume environment, multi-state/site scope.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (UKGPro preferred).
  • Proficient in use and knowledge of Talkdesk.
  • Detailed-oriented and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Most of the time is spent sitting, constantly viewing monitors in a comfortable position with frequent opportunity to move around.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours during routinely critical times to support the department.
  • This position may require occasional travel.
