We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at IK Hofmann USA. In this full-time role, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple industries, building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal teams and clients to determine staffing needs and assist with recruitment efforts.
  • Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals.
  • Develop a sustainable talent acquisition strategy and advertisements for different positions to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes, interview candidates, explain job duties and qualifications, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, administer assessments and reference/background checks, make recommendations for hire, and deliver employment offers.
  • Communicate important employment information during delivery of employment offers.
  • Manage placement transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring managers, transfer offer letters, etc.
  • Follow up with candidates to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process and job satisfaction.
  • Follow up with clients for feedback on past placements and seek additional job orders.
  • Manage current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system.
  • Stay current on company and client organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
  • Work with team members and hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations.
  • Carry out company-wide initiatives.
  • Execute effective business development activities, including prospecting and qualifying clients, maintaining and establishing new client relationships, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and scheduling client visits.
  • Negotiate bill rates and conversion fees with clients.
  • Assist in growth and development by cross-selling/leveraging all LOBs with existing client portfolio through quality staffing and outstanding customer service.

Requirements:

  • Strong recruiting and interviewing skills via phone and online meeting platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exhibits organizational, time management, and project management skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant employment laws and standard recruiting etiquettes.
  • Ability to manage multiple demands, objectives, and deadlines.
  • Ability to manage company initiatives, policies, procedures, and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years exempt and non-exempt recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment.
  • Experience managing customer accounts is a plus.
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing, and Recruitment Marketing tools.
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
