Talent Acquisition Early Career Specialist

Join Graphic Packaging International's internal Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Early Career Specialist. In this role, you will assist in the recruitment of our most important resource: our people. This position is primarily focused on University and Early Career recruiting, including internships, rotational programs, and new grad openings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the early career program team on all recruiting efforts, including candidate sourcing, coordinating in-person and virtual recruiting events, and interacting with stakeholders across multiple business units.
  • Track analytics and provide insights to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Utilize ATS systems to manage full cycle recruiting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 2 years of Talent Acquisition or HR experience in a campus recruiting / university relations role.
  • Experience using ATS systems to manage full cycle recruiting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong business relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a regionally dispersed team.
