Key Responsibilities:


As a Commercial Sales Executive, you will be tasked with comprehending Orkin's offerings and effectively marketing them across various sectors.

You will provide strategic recommendations to both new and existing clients to assist in pest prevention and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Your role will involve problem-solving and fostering trusted relationships as a vital partner for their operations. By actively listening to client needs and articulating practical solutions, you can gain their trust and confidence.

Your duties will include...


Acting as a problem solver for commercial clients by leveraging the comprehensive training provided to determine the optimal pest management solution for each customer's requirements.

Achieving sales targets through prospecting new business and managing assigned leads.

Utilizing marketing resources to stimulate new business growth.

Conducting thorough inspections of clients' commercial properties—training will be provided.


Making informed recommendations to clients based on your inspections and identified issues, addressing any inquiries, clarifying the process, and setting clear expectations.

Employing the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and maintain organization—training will also be offered.

Qualifications:

What do you need to succeed?

Preferred sales experience.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.

Capability to obtain the necessary pesticide license/certification if required (company-sponsored).

Ability to work independently in the field and engage with clients effectively.

Work Environment:

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform job duties with or without accommodations:

Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.

Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined areas, rooftops, etc., including the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which may include an OSHA-compliant respirator.

Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
