Key Responsibilities:

The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving sales initiatives within the designated region. This position entails cultivating new client relationships, advising on service capabilities, and promoting innovative services.

  • Identify and develop a list of potential clients in collaboration with management, establish effective sales strategies, and conduct follow-up visits and communications as necessary.
  • Assess and comprehend client needs thoroughly.
  • Coordinate with technical experts to create proposals for complex customer modifications.
  • Deliver presentations of proposals to clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships by employing effective sales techniques and leveraging the company’s service capabilities.
  • Consult with management regarding pricing, specifications, warranties, and service modifications.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of market competition and bidding scenarios.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze data and implement appropriate actions.
  • Detail-oriented with robust problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Effective time management abilities.
  • Expected to generate sales leads and opportunities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Preferred: 3+ years of sales experience in similar product sectors, ideally within the rotating equipment industry.
  • Familiarity with MRP systems is advantageous.
