Key Responsibilities:

The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving sales initiatives within the designated region. The individual will be tasked with cultivating new client relationships, guiding customers on service capabilities, and presenting innovative solutions.

  • Collaborate with management to identify potential clients, devise effective sales strategies, and conduct outreach through calls and follow-up visits.
  • Assess and comprehend client needs and requirements.
  • Work alongside technical experts to develop tailored proposals for complex customer requests.
  • Deliver compelling presentations of proposals to clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through effective sales techniques and company policies.
  • Consult with management regarding pricing, specifications, warranties, and service modifications.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of market competition and bidding scenarios.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to interpret data and implement appropriate actions.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Excellent time management capabilities.
  • Proven ability to generate sales leads and opportunities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Preferred: 3+ years of sales experience in related product fields, particularly in rotating equipment.
  • Familiarity with MRP systems is advantageous.
