Position Overview

iRhythm is in search of a dynamic and accomplished medical Regional Sales Executive to engage with major healthcare systems across their territory, concentrating on cardiology, electrophysiology, and other relevant stakeholders, to enhance the growth of the Zio Patch platform. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and finalize new business opportunities. This entails garnering support from electrophysiologists, cardiologists, and other clinical stakeholders. Ability to pinpoint and recognize key institutions, generate market awareness, and drive sales within a designated sales territory is essential.
  • Conduct sales presentations to key prospects and clients to advocate for the use of Zio within the territory.
  • Consistently meet or exceed territory sales targets and objectives.
  • Establish advocacy and champions within facilities to promote business growth.
  • Strengthen iRhythm's relationships with providers and systems through strategic collaboration with our payer relations and billing teams.
  • Build a pipeline of sales opportunities within the assigned territory and act on those opportunities.
  • Collaborate with facilities to manage existing service business, including workflow management, inventory, and product usage across facilities.
  • Utilize tools to oversee all business aspects: sales leads, daily activities, report generation, including providing timely and accurate feedback.
  • Develop a business plan and formulate sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. Partner with sales leadership to identify and assess market opportunities and potential to establish and meet annual sales objectives.
  • Promote iRhythm as a frontrunner in cardiac diagnostics and monitoring.
  • Exhibit strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Be adaptive, innovative, and a team leader.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience; with at least 3 years in medical device sales. Experience in cardiology and electrophysiology preferred. IDN experience is also a plus.
  • Proven success in developing and executing a strategic sales plan.
  • A track record of exceptional achievements and demonstrated sales capabilities.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; highly adaptive, innovative, and results-oriented.
  • A strong work ethic and customer-centric approach are essential.
  • Experience with sales tracking systems is preferred.
