Position Overview

We are currently seeking to fill remote sales roles with candidates who possess a strong background in consultative sales and reside in the Greater Des Moines or Minneapolis regions. Our ideal candidates are seasoned sales professionals with a proven history of complex prospecting aimed at selling engagement solutions to large enterprises.

Role Responsibilities

The Senior Enterprise Sales Executive will implement the ITA Group sales methodology and secure sales for designated accounts. Successful candidates will become well-versed in all ITA Group solution offerings and leverage this expertise to tackle clients' business challenges. This role is crucial in understanding client needs, including their employees, channels, and customers, and what drives their motivations.

The Sales Executive will generate demand for our products and services by building robust relationships with key decision-makers and influencers. This position requires proactive client engagement through face-to-face meetings, utilizing sales tools, and identifying strong business alignments.

Following the identification of client needs, the Sales Executive will collaborate with an internal team of specialists to tailor solutions. The effectiveness of these solutions will be measured by the achievement of client objectives and the financial impact realized.
