The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in automation, electrical systems, fire safety, mechanical solutions, and IoT product trends. This individual will collaborate with various sales teams to strategize, target, and secure new projects and accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in industry-specific networking events to foster relationships and promote services.
  • Consult with clients at multiple organizational levels, recommending solutions to ensure optimal performance of building systems.
  • Position the company as a leading service provider in the industry.
  • Anticipate approximately 10% travel, including overnight stays for training and business development.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in comprehensive sales, business development, or consulting within the commercial fire alarm/life safety or related construction sectors.
  • Familiarity with standard fire and life safety systems, as well as knowledge of building fire alarm codes and regulations (IFC, IBC, NFPA, etc.).
  • Proven experience in estimating and effectively selling technical solutions and service product lines.
  • Background in account development utilizing strategic sales methodologies.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $100,000, complemented by an uncapped commission structure.

Compensation may vary based on individual qualifications, including skills, experience, and education.
