Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Territory Sales Executive to drive growth in your designated area. Your responsibilities will include proactively identifying and connecting with prospective clients while maintaining strong ties with existing customers.

Compensation:

$80,000+ based on commission structure

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize our established system to develop a continuous stream of referrals
  • Maintain an updated list of key clients to foster ongoing relationship development
  • Generate new business opportunities, finalize sales, and boost revenue through cold outreach, site visits, and community engagement
  • Inspire the sales team to achieve or surpass set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit margin goals
  • Evaluate local market trends and competitor activities to uncover business opportunities
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in direct sales, outside sales, or business-to-business sales is preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage your schedule effectively
  • Possession of an active insurance license or willingness to obtain one upon hiring
  • A passion for engaging with prospects, presenting solutions, closing sales, and requesting referrals
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual who is committed to contributing to team objectives
