Position Overview:

Insight Global is actively seeking a Senior Sales Executive for Fire and Life Safety Solutions to contribute to a prominent manufacturing organization. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while requiring travel to various client locations within the designated territory.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in automation, electrical systems, fire safety, mechanical solutions, and IoT product trends. They will collaborate with other sales teams to strategize, target, and secure new projects and accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in industry-specific networking events to build relationships and consult with clients at multiple organizational levels.
  • Recommend services to ensure optimal performance of building systems, reinforcing the company's position as a leader in the service industry.
  • Manage travel commitments, with approximately 10% involving overnight stays for training and business development.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent recognized certification.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in comprehensive sales, business development, or consulting within the commercial fire alarm/life safety or related construction sectors.
  • Solid understanding of common fire and life safety systems, along with familiarity with relevant building codes and standards (IFC, IBC, NFPA, etc.).
  • Proven ability to estimate and sell technical solutions and service products effectively and independently.
  • Experience in account development using strategic sales methodologies.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $100,000 annually, plus an uncapped commission structure.

Compensation may vary based on individual skills, experience, and educational background.
