Position Summary
The Inside Sales Account Executive for our Northeast Region is pivotal in driving sales growth through existing accounts and new dealer partnerships. This role involves managing authorized retailers, offering support, and thoroughly understanding the business needs of our dealers.

Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our dealer network and vendor partners.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding dealers on key performance metrics, marketing strategies, and growth opportunities.
- Set and monitor weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance goals.
- Achieve and surpass sales and activation targets consistently.
- Assess market conditions and dealer performance on a weekly basis, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Manage the onboarding process for new dealers, ensuring a successful launch and activation.
- Collaborate with the credit and accounting teams to facilitate order processing and equipment procurement.
- Implement company initiatives and directives through the dealer network.

Qualifications
- Proven sales professional with a strong track record of success.
- Highly motivated individual with integrity and a passion for achieving results.
- Exceptional organizational skills and effective time management abilities.
- Strong understanding of competitive dynamics and the ability to position dealers for success.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Experience Requirements
- Background in business discussions, including financial management and marketing tactics with independent business owners.
- Familiarity with subscription-based services and face-to-face marketing strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of the Video, Broadband, Wireless, and Security industries is preferred.
