- Participate in HR meetings and contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous internship or work experience in HR, compliance, or a related field is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
