Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll and Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a key member of our finance and HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll processes, as well as providing administrative support to our HR team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and reconcile payroll transactions, including employee wages, benefits, and deductions
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including payroll information, benefits, and performance data
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including responding to employee inquiries, processing benefits enrollments, and maintaining HR records
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of payroll reports, including pay stubs, W-2s, and 1099s
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and labor standards
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in payroll and/or HR administration
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in payroll software and systems, including ADP or similar platforms
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
