Position: QA Engineer
Experience Level: 4 - 6 Years
Location: East Windsor, New Jersey

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze functional requirements to develop comprehensive test cases, scripts, plans, and data.
  • Conduct various testing types including functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate testing processes and resolve software defects.
  • Implement and troubleshoot both automated and manual test scripts, interpreting results effectively.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products and assigned tasks.
  • Coordinate with business and technical teams to prioritize and address logged issues.
  • Disseminate test execution reports to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Experience in Quality Assurance testing and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) principles.
  • Familiarity with test management tools such as TestRail or X-Ray.
  • Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver and Java is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of SQL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective multitasking and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in the healthcare domain.
  • Familiarity with JIRA tool.
