About the role

As a Solutions Consultant, you will work hand in hand with Userlane's Sales, Partner, Product, and Customer Success teams.

Userlane Solutions Consultants are solutions experts and trusted advisors to prospects and customers. Solutions Consultants will collaborate closely with the sales, Customer Success and product teams to understand customer needs, demonstrate the value of our solutions, and articulate how our platform can address specific business challenges and objectives.

Your role will require developing the right end-to-end solution to address the client's needs. This includes leading both technical and value-based product demonstrations, completing RFPs, and serving as the custodian of information security documentation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure Userlane's customers and partners receive the highest standard of support and advice.

Your profile

  • 2+ years of experience in a pre-sales role within the B2B SaaS industry, demonstrating a successful track record in contributing to revenue growth.
  • Demonstrable dedication to understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Proven experience in managing and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring timely and comprehensive submissions.
  • Understanding of customer business processes and how to connect business requirements with functional capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
  • Consultative selling experience: listening to customer needs and shaping a shared vision for a solution.
  • An interest or experience in technology and digital transformation. Understanding of emerging trends and challenges in the enterprise software landscape and how a DAP platform can provide effective solutions.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Desire to meet our clients in person.
  • Fluency in English.
