Position: Technical Consultant - Adobe Experience Platform

As a Technical Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring successful client outcomes related to their marketing automation implementations. Leveraging Digital Alchemy's best practices, you will utilize your expertise to address client challenges and fulfill their needs. This role also encompasses providing technical pre-sales assistance, including demonstrations of Adobe products such as Campaign Classic and Journey Optimizer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess client marketing needs and challenges, offering tailored technical solutions.
  • Conduct and present technical demonstrations of Adobe Experience Platform products.
  • Create and supply technical documentation, including specifications and solution architecture for client projects.
  • Engage in hands-on implementation of Adobe Experience Platform products.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients by delivering innovative marketing solutions in a dynamic environment.
  • Formulate and present strategies for the implementation of digital campaign platforms.
  • Analyze client data and current campaigns to identify opportunities for additional projects.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends to provide relevant recommendations.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns and campaign management applications.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and database management, with experience handling large and complex datasets.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform products, including Adobe Campaign Classic and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
  • Experience in managing multiple key projects or consultative roles with a proven track record of success.
  • Pragmatic problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business outcomes.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
