  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in customer service is essential.
  • Experience in managing customer service operations is preferred.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
  • Skilled in coordinating efforts with others to meet agency objectives.
  • Eligibility to obtain Property and Casualty License.
  • Eligibility to obtain Life and Health License.
