Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team at our healthcare facility. As a Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Review medication orders for safety and appropriateness prior to dispensing or administration
  • Enter or verify orders in the hospital information system
  • Prepare or supervise the preparation of medication to ensure accuracy and safety
  • Provide drug information and education to patients and staff
  • Provide consultative and clinical pharmacy services as needed
  • Perform other duties as required and permitted by the State Board of Pharmacy

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school of Pharmacy or Pharm.D.
  • Licensed by the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy as a Doctor of Pharmacy
  • 0-6 months related experience
  • Working knowledge of Computers
  • Ability to be detail-oriented and attuned to details
  • Ability to be service-oriented with good interpersonal skills
