Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team at our healthcare facility. As a Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Review medication orders for safety and appropriateness prior to dispensing or administration
- Enter or verify orders in the hospital information system
- Prepare or supervise the preparation of medication to ensure accuracy and safety
- Provide drug information and education to patients and staff
- Provide consultative and clinical pharmacy services as needed
- Perform other duties as required and permitted by the State Board of Pharmacy
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school of Pharmacy or Pharm.D.
- Licensed by the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy as a Doctor of Pharmacy
- 0-6 months related experience
- Working knowledge of Computers
- Ability to be detail-oriented and attuned to details
- Ability to be service-oriented with good interpersonal skills
