Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Current LPN License is required.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
  • Understanding of insurance benefits and basic mathematical skills.
  • Knowledge of confidentiality ethics and HIPAA regulations.
  • Typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute.
  • Strong communication abilities.
