Position Overview:
The Client Engagement Coordinator (French Speaking) plays a pivotal role in supporting the Loyalty & Incentives Practice Area at OneMagnify. This position is integral to ensuring high-quality service delivery associated with various client initiatives.

Your Role:
As a Client Engagement Coordinator, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to managing daily operations, including:
- Processing claims and handling customer inquiries.
- Facilitating incentive and loyalty payments.
- Providing exceptional support to both internal team members and external clients.
This role offers direct exposure to the Marketing and Customer Service sectors, presenting numerous opportunities for professional growth and skill development.
Qualifications:
We are looking for individuals who:
- Are fluent in both verbal and written French and English.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple tasks.
- Possess a keen attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound customer calls in both French and English, and making outbound calls to provide program information.
- Verifying program eligibility using various tools and databases.
- Creating and managing critical issue cases to ensure timely resolutions.
- Adhering to OneMagnify's quality standards and procedures as outlined in our quality management system.
Essential Skills:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in French and English.
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask effectively.
- A personable and energetic demeanor, emphasizing strong customer and colleague interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience.
