Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development: Develop and implement programs that engage students in service learning and community development.
  • Community Outreach: Establish and maintain relationships with community partners to identify opportunities for service learning and community development.
  • Program Implementation: Implement programs that meet the needs of students and community partners.
  • Program Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and community partners to ensure that programs meet the needs of students and community partners.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Community Development, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in education, community development, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse populations, and experience with program development and implementation.
