Position Overview:

The Client Relations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in nurturing and strengthening relationships within the service team by delivering outstanding service that aligns with Hylant's esteemed standards.

This role is designed to provide exceptional support to the Client Service Managers (CSM) and Client Executives (CE) specifically within the Real Estate sector, managing team accounts with diligence.

As a Client Relations Coordinator, the individual will continuously enhance their knowledge of insurance surety in a professional and dependable manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering timely, accurate, and thoughtful assistance to Commercial team members and insurance providers.
- Responding to both internal and external inquiries within a 24-hour timeframe.
- Mastering the daily servicing and processing tasks for clients using EPIC (Agency Management System).

- Collaborating closely with CSMs on renewal and remarketing initiatives, which include: preparing applications, negotiating with underwriters, obtaining quotes, creating proposals, monitoring statistics, and following up with clients as part of the Alternative Marketing Workflow.

- Supporting the Client Engagement Strategy, which encompasses scheduling, document creation, and maintaining records in EPIC.


- Continuously improving professional skills, industry knowledge, and key relationships.
- Providing backup support for colleagues during their absence.

Qualifications Required:
- Valid Property & Casualty license in good standing.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance service.
- Exceptional customer service, time management, and communication skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with an understanding of when to utilize each.
- A self-motivated team player with a passion for client management, problem-solving, and strategic planning.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and efficient in time management.
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
