Your Role as a Customer Success Manager
  • Main Contact Point: Serve as the primary liaison between agency partners, clients, and Maker. Address inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and effective manner.
  • Foster Partnerships: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with agency partners and clients. Regularly engage to understand their needs and explore how Maker can assist them. Collaborate with agency partners to uncover new business prospects.
  • Client Onboarding and Training: Guide clients through the implementation journey, ensuring seamless communication between the client and Maker team. Conduct thorough training sessions for agency team members and clients on Maker products. Provide ongoing support and updates to ensure proficiency and confidence in utilizing Maker products.
  • Ensure Return on Investment: Monitor and evaluate the performance of Maker products for customers. Offer insights and recommendations to agency partners and clients to optimize the use of Maker products and enhance ROI. Identify opportunities for A/B testing on clients' sites to boost conversion rates and engage in ROI discussions with clients.
  • Performance Tracking and Business Reviews: Utilize analytics and reporting tools to monitor the performance of Maker products. Conduct quarterly and annual business reviews with clients to showcase successes and identify areas for improvement. Keep track of key account health metrics and proactively reach out to enhance the delivery of digital assets and conversion.
  • Internal Collaboration: Engage and coordinate with internal teams as necessary to achieve revenue goals and maximize customer retention and adoption. Communicate with clients through various platforms.
  • Product Launches and Opportunities: Act as a liaison with customers regarding new product launches and opportunities. Collaborate with customers for deeper utilization of Maker technology products and features.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Work with clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Enhance their experience and maximize value from Maker's innovative solutions.
Essential Skills:
  • 5+ years of demonstrated Customer Success experience in a SAAS or Martech environment.
  • Ability to quickly learn and become proficient in SaaS technology concepts.
  • Experience with data-driven strategies, managing upselling/cross-selling opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building relationships across diverse customer bases.
  • Outgoing, positive, and energetic personality with a consultative approach.
  • High energy and excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to drive customer initiatives.
  • Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools, Ecommerce, or Shopify products is a plus.
