Kitchen Sanitation and Preparation Specialist

The Kitchen Sanitation and Preparation Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the culinary environment. This position is focused on maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, as well as assisting in the preparation of ingredients for various culinary tasks.
Key Responsibilities1. Kitchen Cleanliness and Sanitation
- Efficiently manages the dishwashing area, ensuring all utensils and cookware are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
- Regularly disposes of waste materials, including compost and recyclables, in accordance with established protocols.
- Maintains a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
2. Ingredient Preparation
- Prepares ingredients as directed, adhering to food safety standards and maintaining the quality of products.
- Utilizes kitchen tools and equipment safely to assist in food preparation tasks.
- Packages finished products according to departmental guidelines.
