Sales Executive for Equipment Solutions

This role entails overseeing the sales of all machinery offered by Tellus Equipment Solutions. The individual will be tasked with cultivating relationships with both existing and prospective clients to enhance the market presence of Tellus Equipment Solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Engages with clients and potential clients to address their machinery requirements.
Advocates for JD equipment offerings to customers within the designated region. Demonstrates products and articulates features to current and potential clients.
Manages all sales processes from initial lead generation to finalizing the sale.
Analyzes market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
Provides on-site expertise for product demonstrations, machinery evaluations, and technical assistance.
Implements a comprehensive marketing strategy for whole goods (including government-related direct mail, website content, and events).
Collaborates with internal departments to guarantee complete customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment sales.
Familiarity with John Deere and competing products is preferred.
Proficient in software applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
Experience with John Deere systems is advantageous.
Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of equipment financing and accounting principles.
Dynamic and motivated with a strong drive for success.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory using a company vehicle as needed.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent professional experience.
Possession of a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
