Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for teachers, students, and families, delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Foster a welcoming front-office environment where everyone feels valued and supported.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure smooth execution of daily school logistics and systems.
  • Assist in administrative tasks and special projects that support the Leadership Team in achieving the school's ambitious objectives.

Typical Duties Include:

  • Welcoming visitors and building rapport with all who enter the office.
  • Responding to inquiries in person, via phone, or email, and providing accurate information while relaying messages to the appropriate staff promptly.
  • Designing and managing systems for handling front office procedures such as supply requests and mail distribution.
  • Overseeing office inventory and fulfilling supply requests as necessary.
  • Maintaining office equipment and providing basic troubleshooting support.
  • Implementing daily procedures for student check-in and check-out.
  • Supporting data management and student attendance tracking.
  • Assisting in the recruitment and enrollment of new students.
  • Coordinating meetings for school leadership based on availability.
  • Contributing to the planning and execution of school events.
  • Creating and disseminating school-wide communications.
  • Assisting with purchasing and expense reporting.
  • Managing multiple projects effectively while prioritizing high-impact tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Alignment with the mission and values of Brillante Academy.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Previous experience in a school or fast-paced office environment is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
