Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates via phone, email, and in-person
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or sales role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
  • GED or high school diploma
  • Ability to obtain a forklift license
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the aggregate, mining, cement, construction, or recycling industry
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
