We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager for Battery Testing to join our team at BlueWave Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying their needs, and generating leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate technical requirements and feasibility in collaboration with our departments and sales team to create customized solutions for our customers.
- Develop and negotiate offers based on customer requirements and test standards, ensuring that our services meet their needs and expectations.
- Attend customer meetings, present our company portfolio, and create offers based on customer requirements and test standards.
- Document the entire sales cycle in our company's system, from initial customer contact to documenting customer meetings and tracking offers.
- Assess the likelihood of closing deals and make recommendations to improve our sales strategy.
- Collaborate with our team and supervisor to generate ideas and optimize existing structures.
- Represent our company at trade fairs, conferences, and specialist events, including technical presentations.
Qualifications
- Completed training or degree in engineering, industrial engineering, technical business administration, mechatronics, or a comparable field.
- Two or more years of professional experience in battery technology, TIC industry, e-mobility, or stationary energy storage or technical sales.
- Practical experience in technical sales and customer support, with a focus on technical feasibility analysis and offer negotiations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluency in German and English, with negotiation skills in both languages.
