The position of Sr. Technical Sales Manager is an essential part of CR-T’s leadership team, integral in setting company direction. Mission To lead and motivate a high-performing sales team that consistently exceeds revenue targets while maintaining strong client relationships and adhering to company Core Values. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in achieving business objectives by promoting our comprehensive range of IT Services including Managed IT, Project and Staff Augmentation Solutions, Hardware Sales and Software Licensing Agreements. Outcomes Achieve Revenue Targets: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals with a 15% year-over-year growth for managed services, project engagements, hardware sales, and software licensing. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with business goals and market trends. Client Acquisition: Lead the sales team in identifying and closing key accounts, ensuring a steady stream of new clients across various service offerings. Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong, trust-based relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Process Improvement: Continuously improve sales processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Sales Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop top sales talent within the team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management, fostering a culture of achievement and accountability. Competencies Industry Knowledge and Passion: Deep understanding of the IT industry landscape, including trends in managed services, hardware solutions, software licensing models, and project/staff augmentation needs. Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate a sales team, providing clear direction and guidance. Experience in hiring, training, and developing sales professionals. Sales Expertise: Proven track record in B2B sales, with experience in selling managed services, as well as selling complex IT solutions and services to SMB or Enterprise clients. Results Oriented: Demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to C-level executives and negotiate complex agreements. Team Building: Skill in recruiting, training, and developing sales professionals to maximize their potential. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
