Salary: $75,000-$85,000 + Variable Compensation

Job Type: Full-time

Job Schedule: 8a to 6p weekdays, generally; travel 50% of the time

Posterity Health is a leading provider of male reproductive health and fertility services. Our mission is to empower men to take control of their fertility and achieve their reproductive goals.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Executive to oversee a portfolio of fertility clinics in the West region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, increasing referrals and revenue, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate the implementation of Fertility Centers and Community Providers internally and externally
  • Build and maintain operational infrastructure in new markets, including onboarding and implementing Ambulatory Surgical Centers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at each fertility clinic in the portfolio
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to increase referrals and revenue across the portfolio
  • Conduct regular on-site visits to each clinic in the portfolio to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Provide training and support to clinic staff to improve their knowledge of our products and services
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including revenue growth, client satisfaction, and referral rates
  • Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on portfolio performance and make recommendations for improvement
