Key Responsibilities


If you are a mechanical field engineer eager to engage in stimulating and challenging projects involving state-of-the-art systems, we invite you to consider this opportunity.


The selected individual will provide support for a program requiring travel to remote and austere locations to fulfill customer needs. Candidates must be prepared to obtain and maintain a valid U.S. passport, accept customer-provided accommodations, and comply with mobility requirements, including necessary training and vaccinations.

This role involves being a vital member of the operations and maintenance team. You will support on-site customer operations, assisting in the deployment, preparation, maintenance, and redeployment of program assets. Responsibilities include conducting fault analysis and resolving mechanical system discrepancies. Participation in debriefings will be essential for the swift identification of system issues and the detection of emerging challenges.

Documenting operational and maintenance issues and communicating effectively within program channels will be crucial to ensure timely resolution of technical problems and identification of failure trends.

You will also be required to operate and assist in the servicing and maintenance of support equipment.

Security Clearance Requirement

Must possess a TS clearance that has been investigated within the last five years.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in team leadership
  • Field environment experience
  • Hands-on mechanical expertise in the maintenance, repair, and inspection of aircraft structures and systems

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with aircraft shop practices and safety protocols
  • Experience in managing cost, schedule, and quality for MRO activities
  • Technical report writing skills
  • Experience in operating and maintaining support equipment
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • FAA A&P License
