Job Overview

Portacool, LLC stands at the forefront of the evaporative cooling industry. As we continue to expand, we are restructuring our sales team to focus on deeper channel growth.

With expansion comes potential.

We are in search of a seasoned Sales Manager (preferably located in the Dallas / Oklahoma City area) who excels in driving sales strategies and enhancing market presence. This role will embody the Portacool brand and ensure that both our clients and their customers receive unparalleled service with our cutting-edge cooling solutions for the Central region, which encompasses various states.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and enhance our distributor network and sales in the territory, supporting partners with end-user sales evaluations, presentations, training, and product showcases.
  • Increase brand visibility through both direct and indirect marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with distributor partners to implement sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets and objectives.
  • Foster and maintain effective, professional relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
Candidate Qualifications
  • Proven sales representative with substantial experience in territory management; experience in the automotive sector is advantageous.
  • Excellent customer service abilities to effectively address inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Strong public speaking capabilities to effectively present products or services.
  • Willingness to travel overnight as required.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in outside sales.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.
  • Bi-lingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is a plus, but not mandatory.
