Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand our distributor network and territory sales, providing support to our partners with sales assessments, presentations, training, and product demonstrations.
- Enhance brand awareness through direct and indirect marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with distributor partners to execute sales and marketing initiatives.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and objectives.
- Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel within customer organizations.
Requirements:
- Proven sales and territory experience, with a background in the automotive channel a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to listen to customers and professionally address their questions or concerns.
- Strong public speaking skills, with the ability to present products or services to customers.
- Ability to travel overnight as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of outside sales experience.
- Working experience in Microsoft 365 and CRM platforms.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus but not required.
