We are in search of a seasoned Sales Manager located in the Southwest region who possesses a track record of exceeding sales targets, driving strategic initiatives, and broadening market reach. This role will serve as the face of Portacool, ensuring that both our clients and their customers receive unparalleled service and support through our cutting-edge cooling solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen our distributor network while driving sales within the territory, providing support through user assessments, presentations, training, and product showcases.
- Enhance brand visibility through a mix of direct and indirect marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with distributor partners to implement effective sales and marketing campaigns.
- Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with key stakeholders in customer organizations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a sales representative with a successful track record in territory management; experience in the automotive sector is advantageous.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to listen and respond to client inquiries effectively.
- Strong public speaking abilities to effectively present products and services.
- Willingness to travel overnight as required.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in outside sales.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus, though not mandatory.
