The Regional Manager (RM) is a critical leadership position responsible for driving sales growth and team performance in the Intracept Team within the Neuromodulation Division. As a seasoned sales professional, you will lead a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed company-set sales goals, while collaborating with senior management, marketing, reimbursement, and sales leadership to develop strategic plans for sustained growth and scaling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve quarterly sales and expense objectives.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain an engaged, high-performing team that maximizes revenues and attains corporate objectives.
  • Develop and achieve sales quotas while managing region expenses to budget.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key customers and expand the customer base.
  • Lead with honesty and integrity, possessing unwavering business ethics.
Requirements
  • At least 15+ years of experience in medical device sales, with 5+ years of sales management experience in the medical device industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of Regional Management performance and individual sales performance.
  • Experience recruiting top talent and hiring the best in the industry.
  • Experience mentoring team members, leading them to success, as well as issuing performance improvement plans for underperformers when needed.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and relate well to internal and external customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to think and act strategically.
