Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand our distributor network and territory sales, providing support to our partners with sales assessments, presentations, training, and product demonstrations.
  • Enhance brand awareness through direct and indirect marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with distributor partners to execute sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and objectives.
  • Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel within customer organizations.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales and territory experience, preferably in the automotive channel.
  • Excellent customer service skills to effectively listen to customers and address their concerns.
  • Strong public speaking skills to present products or services to customers.
  • Ability to travel overnight as needed.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of outside sales experience.
  • Working experience in Microsoft 365 and CRM platforms.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus but not required.
